When is the 20% success fee charged?

What if Tariffloop finds nothing to recover?

Then you simply pay your monthly subscription and owe no success fee. The fee is purely performance-based, so there is no downside to running the audit.

Does the success fee apply to refunds my broker already filed?

No. The 20% applies only to recoveries Tariffloop identifies and helps you file. Anything your broker recovered independently is never in scope.
